On behalf of the brothers of the Massive and Progressive Twelfth District of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, I welcome you to our official website.

My name is William Earl Edwards, and I am the 35th Twelfth District Representative.

Omega is a community service organization whose outreach began in 1911 on the campus of Howard University in Washington, DC, and now extends to communities throughout the U.S., and internationally.
